Our very own greatly acclaimed and prestigious Valle del Sol Golf Course, pleases the players who daily enjoy an elegant game in tune with nature, scenic beauty and the exceptional Santa Ana weather.

Built inside of the exclusive Parque Valle del Sol residential area, the golf course was designed by the well known north American architect Tracy May, under the supervision and advice of Club Corporation of America (CCA) and International Management Group (IMG). Our 18 hole professional championship golf course, offers its users the most modern technical conditions and specifications for the enjoyment of a unique experience and a great quality game.

Early morning you will be picked up at your hotel in the San Jose and taken to the Valle del Sol golf course. Green Fee, shared golf cart, golf clubs and round trip transportation included.

GOLF COURSE CONCEPT

The Valle del Sol Golf Course is the first and only professional course open to the public in the central valley of Costa Rica.
 

With 7.011 yards and a PAR 72, championship style, it offers ample and waved fairways surrounded by majestic trees and 15 large lakes which attract diversified and lively wild life, where more than 20 different bird species can be observed. Surrounded by tropical and exuberant gardens, the greens represent a perfectly smooth and quick area, built under the specifications given by the United States Golf Association (USGA) and are no doubt, a great challenge for the players. Each hole offers an average of 4 to 5 tees for different levels of the game, which makes the course a great challenge for professionals, without leaving pleasure and friendliness behind for those with less experience.
 

During the entire year, multiple tournaments are organized and in order to perfect the game, we count on the best human team who daily, at their own discretion, put together, adult, teen and kids golf schools and lessons.
 

Certified by Audubon International, the most acknowledged ecological program in the world of Golf, we also count on a planned paved way system for the adequate circulation of our modern golf carts and an efficient radio and computer controlled sprinkler system, which allows our Bermuda style grass to always keep in the best conditions.
