called Playa Guiones is a beautiful 5
kilometer long, White Sand Beach of Nosara,
located in the center of the Nicoya
Peninsula. Here you will find great Surfing,
Sunbathing, Shell Collecting and large Tide
Pools to explore.

find them in the in-house Reef Store and
Grocery and Surf Shop together with handmade

The largest, and most comfortable
Suites offer a private Bedroom,
Sitting Room, Full Kitchen Available
& private Balcony. There are two
Playa Guiones Suites on the second
floor with privacy doors that may be
opened between them for families or
groups. These Suites offer more
space and Privacy but have close
easy access to Swimming Pool,
Restaurant and Store area. Each
Guiones Suite has two Queen Beds and
the following amenities: Sitting
Room – Queen and Twin Bed, Kitchen,
Table and chairs, Closet. Bedroom -
Queen Size Bed, Bedside Tables,
Large Closet, Dresser with four
drawers, tiled Bathroom, with large
shower, counter space and separate
access from sitting room or bedroom.
Playa Pelada Suites
Private Bedroom, Sitting Room,
Private Balcony. The two story
building is overlooking swimming
pool and restaurant area. These two
room Suites, each have a separate
private bedroom. The Playa Pelada
Suites have two different bed
arrangements and will sleeps 3-4
single people or 2-3 singles and 1
couple. Each Suite, in addition to
air conditioning, has the following
amenities: Sitting Room -Two or
Three Twin Beds, A Refrigerator,
Table with 4 chairs and Closet.
Security doors may be opened to
adjoining suite. Bedroom - Queen
sized bed, bedside tables, Large
closet, dresser with four drawers,
clock radio, tiled Bathroom, with
large shower, counter space and
separate access from sitting room or
bedroom.

Two-Bedroom/Two Bath/Two Story House
- 1450 sq ft This house is located
in a quiet neighborhood area and
sits on a little more than one acre
of tree-covered land. You will have
a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and 1
minute to the Harbor Reef Lodge. The
First Floor has a large comfortable
Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen
and full Bathroom. The large Master
Bedroom is also located on the 1st
Floor with a Queen-size Bed and
Private Bathroom and lots of closet
space. The 2nd Floor is another
Bedroom with 1 Matrimonial Bed
(small queen) and two twin-size
beds, a sitting area and plenty of
closet space. This house can
comfortably sleep 6 people, 3
couples, or a couple and two
singles, or 3 singles.
Casa Pacífica !
Two Bedrooms / Two Bath House -
Approx. 1520 sq ft. This House is
located 200 meters from the beach in
a residential area with a direct
path to the beach and a 1-minute
walk to the Harbor Reef Lodge. The
house is a one-story building with a
large covered porch area, Large open
Sitting Room, Kitchen and Dining
Area. One Bedroom has a Queen-size
bed, Private Bathroom and ceiling
fan. The Second Bedroom has a Queen
bed, private Bathroom, ceiling fan.
At one end of the large Main Room
are two Futon couches that convert
into a bed and will sleep one person
each. This house can comfortably
sleep a total of 6 people, 2 couples
and 2 singles or 4 singles
Casa Serenity !
Three Bedroom +/ Two Bath House -
1500 sq ft This house is very
comfortable. The house is about a
3-4 minute walk to the beach and 1
minute to the Harbor Reef Lodge. It
is located in a residential area
bordering on Jungle Parkland. The
house has a large Master Bedroom
with a Queen-size bed and private
Bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a
Queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom
has 2 twin beds. There is an Alcove
Room off the Living Room that has
two more Twin-size beds. The 2nd
Bathroom is located off the Central
Hallway. Comfortable living room and
kitchen. This house can comfortably
sleep 8 people or 6 singles, or 2
couples and 4 singles.
