Parrot Bay Village is a full service Costa Rican Beach & Nature resort offering state of the art Sport fishing as well as nature and adventure tours. Our cabinas have been completely refurbished and beautifully finished in tropical hardwood, each having their own name and uniquely carved door. The spacious interiors have ceramic tiled floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private baths with real hot water showers, and are fully furnished with table and chairs. Some cabinas have safe deposit boxes. The cabinas are surrounded by a tropical garden and located only a few meters from the beach.

Restaurant

Our open-air restaurant allows you to experience the gardens, the beach and local wildlife while enjoying the most extraordinary food in Costa Rica.
You'll wake to the smell of fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee. Breakfast includes fresh fruit plates, toasted homemade breads, omelets filled with ham and cheese, huevos rancheros with gallo pinto.
Lunches are green salads topped with fresh caught fish or chicken. A variety of sandwiches are served on fresh baked breads and accompanied with hand cut French fries.

In the evening enjoy gourmet local and international meals prepared by our Chef Federico. A nightly menu may consists of:

Parrot Bay Shrimp Special : a generous portion of shrimp over pureed potatoes smothered in cheese and Chef Federico's homemade tomato sauce served with fresh steamed vegetables.

Pescado al ajillo con pasta : Freshly caught Mahi Mahi sauteed with garlic served with pasta and Chef Federico's homemade tomate sauce. Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

Pollo Casadora : chicken marinated in herbs and smothered in fresh steamed vegetables, chicken like you've never had it!

Filet Mignon : filet wrapped in bacon served with pureed potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables, along with Chef Federico's own mushroom red wine gravy.

For our fisherman : Have your catch of the day cooked to your liking. Freshly caught tuna becomes amazing plates of sashimi or is seared and served with fresh steamed vegetables and pureed potatoes. Try sizzling Fajitas with your fresh caught Mahi Mahi Served with freshly prepared guacamole, black beans, and Pico de gallo (salsa made from scratch)!
